We baked sugar cookies yesturday and we decorated them today. We have a few that we will keep here and the rest we will take to our home group tonight and share.

I'm actually procrastinating right now on making the Valentine cookies I commited to DS' kindergarten class (my excuse is the butter is softening). I finally found the recipe that tastes like the first frosted-sugar cookie I remember (in kindergarten), so I've made myself the de-facto sugar cookie baker for DS' class. (And I finally got a Kitchenaid that makes it a LOT easier!)
I posted a kid-friendly Valentine dessert too. I think you and your boys would enjoy it.
